Ignored when I went into your shop two years ago. Was going to purchase a laptop. Young men standing around,disinterested in serving an older woman. Therefore, went to John Lewis to purchase my Lenovo . Again, ignored when standing in queue to buy cartridges for Dell computer - only one person serving....salesmen talking to a young lady, ignoring queue. I can remember when. .computers were the "new thing" - I taught basic computing to adults for many years. Please be courteous. Greet everyone who comes through the door with: May I help you?
