Usually whenever I go here, i leave with my hair looking great. However yesterday I went and I asked to leave the hair on the top of my head long and to slightly trim it and shave the hair on the sides of my head. But for some unexplainable reason they trimmed the hair I requested to leave long so much that my hair doesn't even go half way down my forehead. They literally cut more than half of my hair. Then I HAD to pay for the terrible haircut I had received. Unforgivable. Here's another thing. Every time I go, i have the same person cut my hair every time, so they know how I like my hair and they always do exactly what I asked, so the only way they could have messed up this badly is if they purposely ignored what I asked and decided to do the opposite by cutting MORE THAN HALF of my hair off. You better pray to ever touch my hair again.
