I made my way down to Sofie de France this morning and ordered toast,scrambled eggs, and bacon & cup of American arriving at 11.10 am. After me came in a dozen builders who sat down all together. I waited and waited and waited for my order. At 11:35 I asked one of the staff who was serving full breakfasts to group of builders to refresh my coffee--who just shrugged her shoulders and brought me over cold coffee. I told her that I was waiting for the past half hour for my meal and at 11.45 a plate with white bread (not brown toast) a mountain of greenery, and no bacon. I could see that other customers were served. I complained to the man with the glasses behind the counter and all his response was to shrug his shoulders and told me that he was serving the builder group. This will be my last visit to this cafe. Rude, very poor service.
