Went to Fone Exchange with my husband, looking to replace my dead Galaxy S7. I know little about smartphone technology but the salesman / technician explained the various purchase options in clear simple language for me - thank you for that. I left with a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and I am delighted with it. it was a pleasurable experience shopping at the Galleries Fone Exchange and I would not hesitate to shop there again or to recommend the shop to my friends. My wife and I visited Fone Exchange in the Galleries on Tuesday 8th Oct. We were looking for a second hand phone to replace my wife's Samsung S7 which was beyond economical repair. The technician/salesman on duty could not have been more helpful and we replaced my wife's S7 with a new Galaxy A10. The salesman demonstrated every aspect of the phone, even to the extent of taking a photograph of us both on the new A10. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his courteous and helpful manner. I was so impressed that I returned to the store an hour later and concluded a part-exchange deal with my S7 for a new A10S. I will recommend this shop wholeheartedly. Thank you for a very informative and enjoyable shopping experience. I will certainly shop at your store again.
