I feel compelled to actually write a review because I am disgusted at the cleanliness level in this bakery. I happened to look up at the lights overhead the area of serving and it is thick with dust clearly stuck to the wires and shades. Cutlery storage was dirty at the bottom of the units because there was hardly any cutlery left. No napkins. Attention to detail is appalling. The tables are sticky and look like dishes have just been taken away but tables not wiped down. The service is always slow for some reason but I cannot fault the food. I find the staff leave you standing sometimes whilst carrying on with plating up when all they need to say that they will be with you in a minute. There are two older ladies however that I found very friendly and made up for the visit.
