I would rate this rabble MINUS 5 stars I had parked LEGALLY in a disabled space with my disabled permit clearly on view. I spoke to the low life who issued the ticket who just laughed and said that I was not to worry as he will make sure that my that my disabled permit was not on show in his photo, then told me to "F*** off" and to stop wasting his time as he had loads more people to book for "parking illegally". When I finally made contact with this "company" I was berated for daring to present any form of appeal ,or criticism of employees. BCP showed no sympathy or interest in assisting me. I feel that I have little option but to pay the £100 extortion. I am 80 years of age and only on State Pension, so I will not be able to afford Christmas of New Year because of these terribly disgusting people. I think that this company, and ones like it, should not be allowed to trade. I am really surprised that UK Parking Control (UKPC) were allowed to trade after their last illegal fiasco in 2015! Anyway, I am sure they will have a Merry Christmas, but I will not wish them that!
