Shockingly rude staff. I went here yesterday for a new screen protector & he had to use 3 different ones because he couldn't get it on properly. I was glared at as though it was my fault. I'll never ever use this business again & would tell people to avoid at all costs
This Mr fone stall is a joke.. We sent our phone in to get a screen repaired.. Not only did it take weeks to get done, once it was done it came back more broke than we sent it in.. The phone is only usuable as a paper weight now and Mr Fones won't take any responsibility. They offered to fix it months ago but have yet to get back to us.. We gave them the opportunity but lthis is shocking!! Never use this business

Absolutely terrible service. They would not refund or exchange an IPhone charger lead that I had bought of them just over a month . The tip broke Off and stuck in my I phone but was able to remove it. They stayed as it was broken physically they would not replace. Had it stopped working they probably could have replaced it. Terrible service and glared at by the female staff member. Any phone users do not use this shop(stall) as it is a complete rip off.
