I parked with a very elderly friend and by the time she completed her shopping we were apparently 10 mins over time parking there by a company from England who sent me a letter stating they have fined me £60 and I discussed with citizens advice and a solicitor who both said this company have no disdiction In Aberdeen so not to pay it I Havnt and they. Ow want me to pay £170 otherwise they are progressing this fine to the sheriff court. Can they do this. ? Despite me being in hospital for weeks and explaining this to them. G
